How do I check my email using Webmail?

Webmail lets you check your email from a web browser without setting up an email app.

Step 1: Open Webmail

Go to:

https://mail.yourdomain.co.nz/webmail/

Replace yourdomain.co.nz with your own domain name.

For example, if your email address is info@example.co.nz, your Webmail address would usually be:

https://mail.example.co.nz/webmail/

Step 2: Log in

Log in using:

Username: your full email address
Password: your email account password

Your username must be the full email address, not just the first part of the address.

For example, use info@example.co.nz, not just info.

Step 3: Open your mailbox

After logging in, you should see your inbox.

You can read messages, reply to emails, and create a new email using the Compose button.

Which Webmail client should I use?

If you are given a choice of Webmail clients, we recommend Roundcube.

Some hosting platforms may open Roundcube automatically.

If you cannot log in to Webmail, please check that:

• the email account exists
• you are using the full email address as the username
• the password is correct
• your domain is pointing correctly
